Meet Us 

Hi! I’m Cara Marsh, a Licensed Massage Therapist, with over 2 years of experience.  I attended Healing Mountain Massage School in Salt Lake City in the fall of 2022.  I have a passion to learn more about the balance between the mind, body and soul.  I am always looking for ways to deepen my understanding of, well, anything.  As I come to gain more knowledge, I would love to share it with anyone open to it.  My family and I wish to bring about an open and engaging community to this region of the world.  Offering various resources and modalities from experts all around.  My intention is to provide a safe and comforting place for those who may, or may not, need one.  I am here to listen, to see and to acknowledge as life carries on.

My name is Margaret Marsh and I am a family nurse practitioner with nearly 3 decades of experience.  I am passionate about listening and collaborating with the person or family toward the goals/plan that is best for them.  I have feel our medical model and system is missing several important pieces to effectively meet all human health needs. My vision is for each human being to build their own journey toward improvement by incorporating an array of experts from various backgrounds and connecting them with these resources. I am not a primary care provider rather a well-being facilitator. My focus is meeting people where they are and offering them a chance to be heard/seen/acknowledged.”
